What is the typical lead time for a standard machine?
Standard cotton bale packaging film splicing machines and film rewinding machines ship within 25 - 35 working days after order confirmation. Customised builds depend on scope - we confirm the delivery date when we issue the formal quotation.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For machines, MOQ is one unit. For PET adhesive tape and double-sided tape, MOQ is typically 50 - 100 rolls depending on width and length. Sample rolls are available for evaluation before bulk order.
Do you provide installation and commissioning?
Yes. We can dispatch a Qinhong engineer for on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training, or we can run commissioning remotely via video call. Both options are available; on-site service is quoted based on location and duration.
Can the machine be customised to our film width and line layout?
Yes. Film width, spindle count, take-up pattern, and integration with upstream / downstream equipment are configurable. Share your layout drawing and target capacity, and our engineering team will return a custom proposal.
What payment terms do you accept?
Common terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment, via T/T. L/C at sight is accepted for selected markets. Other terms can be discussed during quotation.
What certifications do your machines carry?
Qinhong is a Qingdao specialised and sophisticated SME and a High-tech Enterprise. Our machines are CE-oriented in design and shipped with English documentation; project-specific certifications (CE marking, EAC, etc.) can be supported on request.
How do you handle spare parts and after-sales service?
We keep recommended spares in stock and ship urgent parts by air when needed. A single project engineer handles your machine from commissioning to ongoing support, with English documentation, video calls, and on-site visits when required.
