And from 2021 to 2022, two laser cutting equipment (one each of 6000 watts and 20000 watts) continuously added for external processing accessories, sheet metal parts, etc.

In 2021, according to industry requirements and customer standards, we are committed to improving the product quality of cotton wrapping film, and once again lead the team to develop automatic double-sided gluing equipment and automatic tape equipment, integrating the new process with products, and greatly reducing the problems of Product damage and PET shedding in the process of using cotton wrapping film.

This fully automatic cotton bale wrap films splicer equipment has completely replaced the traditional manual production process, top high proficient output reduced the labor energy consumption from five people to just one. The equipment's components are also top quality working via PLC using 12 sets of servo - motors allowing independent control of multiple actions like winding, cutting, labeling, applying double - sided & single side tape, spraying the talcum powders, all design patents and certificates are programmed by our own R&D engineers, warmly welcome your visit our factory!
