A complete hot-melt adhesive tape production line, built around the Qinhong single-side and double-side gluing machines. We help you select the right configuration, integrate upstream and downstream stations, and validate the process on your substrate before handover.

Bonding Method

Single-side Gluing

Qinhong's single-side gluing machine applies hot-melt glue to substrates for PET adhesive tape production and packaging film splicing.

Double-side Gluing

The Qinhong double-side gluing machine applies hot-melt glue to both sides of the substrate simultaneously. It is the building block for PET double-side adhesive tape and is matched to the cotton bale film splicing line for the seal station.

Equipment Combination

Equipment combination means the upstream, coating, and downstream stations are designed to run together as a single controlled line, with shared HMI and recipe management.

Single-side line

Single-side gluing machine + slitter + rewinder + inline inspection.

Double-side line

Double-side gluing machine + slitter + rewinder + inline inspection.

Combined line

Both gluing machines share upstream unwinding and downstream slitting / rewinding / inspection, with manual or auto routing for changeover.

Production Process

Substrate unwinding

tension-controlled feed for PET, non-woven, or release-paper substrates.

Pre-heating

substrate pre-heating to improve glue wetting and bonding.

Single-side coating & Double-side coating

servo-driven metering pump and slit die head for precise glue application.

Curing and cooling

controlled cooling section to set the glue layer without bubbles.

Slitting and rewinding

finished tape cut to width and wound to customer-spec roll format.

In-line inspection

visual and weight check before take-up; out-of-spec rolls auto-diverted.
